| Expressway project contract management information system of Jiangsu, with the creative thinking, presents a new idea of establishing and adjusting the contract, calculating payment and controling investment automatically.h also makes use of the network environment to provide comprehensive,exact and timely contract information support,to share the information between province and city, and carry out the expressway project contract management and the investment control dynamic management, therefore improve the management and policy making. |
