| This paper analyses the temporal (months,days in one week,24 hours in a day ) and spatial (areas,highways in each level)distribution characteristics of traffic accident and fatalities in Jiangsu detailed and proposes traffic management strategies at peak hours and presentes preventive measures to improve the transportation environment at frequent accident zones. |
