| 针对苏北运河船闸运营管理存在的问题,提出了相应解决的对策,重点探讨了船舶大型化和船闸设备问题,指出苏北运河船闸通过能力的提高,在着眼于自身设备更新与管理体系优化的同时,还需依托于国家宏观调控对水运行业整体的提升作用. |

| Aiming at the issues concerning with the operation and management weakness in Subei canal, this paper proposes relevant countermeasures and profoundly investigates into the problems of ship maximization and lock equipments;and implies that the improvement of the waterway lock capacity not only relies on the equipments replacing and managing advancement optimization,but also relies on the improving function from national macro-control on water transportation. |
