| 高速公路建设过程中的征迁工作涉及到诸多问题，其中经济补偿费用的确定是核心问题。当事人之间的利益博弈．产生了大量的纠纷和矛盾。影响了经济建设与社会和谐发展。文章通过近几年高速公路建设征地拆迁的工作实践，对工程建设征迁实施中出现的问题进行探讨，并提出相应的应对方法。 |

| Land procurement and relocation of expressway construction involved many issues , in which the determination of the cost of financial compensation is the core issue. Benefit game between two parties produces a large number of disputes and conflicts,effects economic construction and social harmonious development. According to the practices of land procurement and relocation of expressway construction in recent years,this paper analyses the problems exist in it and puts forward related measures. |
